Both these tubes went flat before a single ride!

Installed these tubes along with a new set of tires. Rims are old but in good condition, with rim tape. I inflated to the upper end of the recommended pressure and took the bike on a test ride around the block, then left it in the garage for a week. Next time I checked, both tubes were flat, with one hole torn on the inside surface of each (i.e. the surface touching the rim tape, not the tire).
Giving two stars instead of one because my rim tape isn't top quality (probably original to the rims), but it was still smooth and unscathed at the location of the tube damage.
