Rimpact CX Tubeless Tire Insert Description:

Rimpact CX Tubeless Tire Inserts are a lightweight insert that are optimized for use on cyclocross and gravel bikes. These dual density inserts feature a high density polyethylene foam core that is capped with an energy sensitive material that work together to provide incredible stability, impact resistance, and vibration control. Unique shaping of these inserts allow the air in the tire to flow easily for better grip and rebound control, and at the same time have enough support that they can be safely ridden long enough to get to a place for a flat fix if the tire loses all of its air mid ride. Included with the inserts are specially designed tubeless tire valves with a removable core for easier installation of tire sealant and a vinyl decal set for each rim.

NOTE: These tire inserts will not absorb sealant but the manufacturer encourages the use of 25% more tire sealant to account for the amount of sealant that will stick to the surface of their inserts instead of to the inside of the rim and tire. Also, follow tire and rim manufacturers recommendations for tire pressure to ensure optimal performance and durability of the tubeless tire components.
