OneUp Components V2 Bash Guide Description:

The OneUp Components V2 Bash Guide combines excellent chain retention, rugged protection for the chainring, and tool-less access to the chain in one lightweight and easy to install device. The rugged 8mm thick 7075-T6 aluminum back plate attaches to the integrated tabs found on many modern mountain bikes, and creates a rock solid foundation for the top guide and lower bash plates. The top guide is constructed out of a highly abrasion resistant glass reinforced thermoplastic, has 7.5mm of adjustment to fit many different chainlines (including boost specific ones), has a wide opening to reduce the potential for chain rub, and most importantly, will flip out of the way without the use of tools to allow easy access to the chain for maintenance or to replace the chain. This bash guide is compatible with any round or oval/elliptical chainring, and also comes with three different lower bash plates to fit and protect any 28 to 36t chainring from accidental impacts when attacking rugged terrain. All of the install hardware is made out of black coated stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long life, and it only takes a minimal amount of tools to adjust and install these bash guides. Simply install the right size bash plate to the backplate, align the backplate of this guide to your crank/chainring, tighten the backplate down, set the height of the top guide to your chainring, flip that guide down, and get ready to shred the trails!
