The Hellbender 70 is designed to bridge the gap between the 40 and 110-series headsets. This version of the Hellbender 70 Upper Headset features a super low, 4.6mm stack height that will allow for the handlebars to be positioned as low as possible on the bike without compromising bearing longevity and proper bearing preload. Special contouring and relieving of the 6061-T6 aluminum upper cup will minimize weight while maximizing the strength so this cup will live up to the Hellbender name. The low-friction upper bearing seal keeps out contaminants to deliver exceptional durability, and stainless steel bearings have been tested to withstand heavy-duty use in the most extreme environmental conditions. Finally, the attractive machined, anodized, and laser etched finish ensures this headset looks great on any bicycle as it quietly goes about its business.
