Very nice quality. Smaller and lighter than I expected. This does the trick when you have a very small sized frame where the seat-tube's cable stop is very close to the derailleur. This causes the cable to come out at a very sharp angle.

Get yourself a bottom pull derailleur, criss-cross it around the pulley and you have a very smooth shifting system.
