OneUp Components EDC Lite Carrier & Multi- Tool Description:

The OneUp Components EDC Lite Carrier & Multi- Tool is a lightweight multitool and tool storage system that fits securely inside of a fork's steerer tube, which will free up space in bags and other on bike storage area's for other essential riding gear. The composite tool carrier creates a tight fit around the EDC multi-tool to better protect the tools and to keep the multi-tool in place when riding over rough terrain. As for the multi-tool, it has hardened steel bits that fit most of the fasteners found on a bike so emergency bike repairs can be taken care of quickly and get the rider back on the bike. Installation of these parts can be done with common household tools, and thanks to the included installation hardware, it doesn't take very much time to install the carrier and multi-tool and to get the bike ready for the next ride. Last but not least, this tool is available in several attractive colors to make it easy to dial in the appearance of your bike.

Notes: EDC Lite tool is NOT compatible with forks that have carbon-fiber steerer tubes, Giant Overdrive 2 compatible forks, RockShox 35 Series forks, or Cannondale Lefty Forks. Please check the compatibility tab for useful fitment and compatibility tips.

OneUp Components EDC Lite Carrier & Multi-Tool Compatibility Notes:

  • Tool will fit into most alloy steerer tubes that have an 1 1/8" external diameter where the stem clamps onto the steerer tube, as long as the inner diameter of the tube is at least 24.1mm, and the inner diameter stays this diameter long enough for the carrier to fit all of the way into the steerer tube
  • Carrier will fit into most steerer tubes that are at least 184mm long, as measured from the underside of your fork crown to the top of your spacer stack or to the top of your stem if you are not running any spacers above your stem, except for the following forks:
    • Fox suspension forks, except the Fox 38 series, need to have a steerer tube that is at least 190mm long
    • Fox 38 series suspension forks need to have a steerer tube that is at least 210mm long
    • RockShox suspension forks need to have a steerer tube that is at least 210mm long
