Since Shimano, no longer makes Dura Ace 10 speed shifters, after market shifters are the only choice, these work but are not nearly as nice as Shimao shifters, not very smooth and a lot more effort is required to shift. But with that said they are inexpensive and do work. I saw a web page that said an that an 11 speed chain on a 10 speed cassette will allow a Shimano 11 speed shifter tow work on a 10 speed cassette, but you would need to be careful not to shift off the small ring and jam the chain.
