A lightweight One70 casing combined with K2 sub tread puncture protection and a tubeless ready bead all combine together to provide a tire with sublime ride quality, protection from pinch flats and punctures from road debris, and reduce rolling resistance and rotating weight. Wrapped around the outside of the tire is an advanced HYPR full silica tread compound with subtle tread siping that provides excellent traction and grip in all weather conditions while at the same time reducing the rolling resistance when compared to previous tread compounds Maxxis had used, and best of all, this compound provides a similar or improved durability and tread life.
