The revamped version of the Forekaster is designed for modern short-travel trail bikes and down-country style riding. The Goldilocks tread pattern rolls fast on hardpack yet delivers grip for days while corning and braking with the taller side knobs. The Forkaster lands squarely in the middle of the Minion and the Rekon for the ultimate blend of the do-everything tire. Run it front or rear or even both, the Forekaster could be considered the dark horse within the Maxxis lineup and should not be overlooked.
