Maxxis Dissector Tire Description:
The Maxxis Dissector is Troy Brosnan's go-fast signature tire, ideal for dry, fast trails. Aussie Downhill racer Troy Brosnan collaborated to create this tire that will minimize drag while retaining cornering control. Great as a front, a rear, or a pair, depending on trail conditions.

- Ideal for use on dry, fast trails and bike parks
- Centerline tread ramped to minimize drag, but retain sharp, flat edges along the back to provide strong braking traction
- Small sipes in the knobs additional flexion, increasing their surface area during braking and aiding the transition to the edge blocks when cornering
- Ample spacing between lugs helps clear debris
- Dual: Dual Compound for lower rolling resistance and increased cornering grip
- 3C MaxxTerra: An intermediate compound with great rolling a grip properties
- 3C MaxxGrip: Combines Maxxis’ softest rubber compounds for the best grip and slow rebound properties for unparalleled traction in DH use
- EXO: Extremely cut-resistant and abrasion resistant material layer added to sidewalls (60 TPI)
- DH: Dual-ply casing with butyl insert and wire bead adds support in downhill application (60 TPI)
- WT: Tires that range from 2.4-2.6" in width utilize a Wide Trail casing that is optimized for use on rims with an internal width ranging from 30-35mm
- Can be used as both a front or rear tire
