The Lezyne Connect Smart 1000XL Headlight/KTV Drive Pro Smart Tail Light Set is a powerful and versatile light set for a wide range of riding styles and lighting conditions. Both lights provide bright LED powered lighting solutions with numerous modes, including powerful daytime flashing modes, that ensures the rider can see what is coming up on the trail, and at the same time is being clearly seen by others on the road and trail to avoid collisions. Robust and waterproof housings ensure these lights hold up to impacts and the weather elements, and flexible mounts for both lights allow these lights to attach to most handlebars and seatposts.
What sets these lights apart from others is that these lights can be paired together using a companion LED Ally phone app (see resources tab for useful video and information on this process). Once these lights are paired and programed, they can be set up to have up to 4 unique lighting combinations that are set up to match up with a riders unique lighting needs. After everything is initially set up and with the push of a button on the headlight, both lights will be turned on and can be toggled to the mode that works best for that particular bike ride. Finally, when the riding is all done, both lights can be quickly recharged via a waterproof USB port (headlight) or an integrated USB Stick (tail light) to ensure that the next time you need a light for a bike ride, these lights will be ready to go.
