The use of 12mm braided steel encased in a vinyl coating provides increased cut resistance compared to thinner bike locks, and the coating will both protect the finish on what is getting locked up and protect the inner cable from the elements. Last but not least this lock comes with two ergonomic steel reversible keys that fit into a pick and weather resistant lock cylinder, which results in an easy to use, smooth, and long lasting locking mechanism.
