Galfer Road Compound Disc Brake Pads Description:

The Galfer Road Compound Disc Brake Pads bring a new level of progressiveness and braking power to disc brake equipped road, gravel, and urban bikes. The semi-metallic pad compound has been formulated to have a similar feel to OEM brakes on initial pad contact, but as more pressure is applied to the brakes they progressively increase in grab and power to levels beyond stock pads. In addition, the construction of the pads ensures greater resistance to brake fade, greater resistance to glazing of the pads, and less noise on long and hard descents.

  • Constructed with a steel backing plate and semi-metallic compound for durable construction
  • Semi-Metallic braking compound is formulated for more progressive stopping power, better heat resistance, less fade, and longer pad life than an OEM or organic compound disc brake pad
