Did nothing to keep my toes warm in low 40'sF road rides. (This might be a problem with most toe warmers.) I even put this over another toe warmer brand (two layers), but didn't help at all. I plan to stuff paper in the tips of the covers to see if that extra space will help. Also, maybe my toes are getting cold from the bottom. I gave it an extra star, because I like how they reinforced the bottom of the toe where the cleat is already wearing through on another "P"opular brand after three months.
