Yep, it’s true. Nashbar will meet or beat any advertised price for any of our products.
In plain English, if you happen to find a lower price on a new identical item (including exact size, color, etc.), anywhere else (online or offline) we’ll match it and deduct 5 cents ($0.05USD) on the spot. If buying Online or by Phone, Nashbar will match the price of any new, in stock item advertised in competitor websites or catalogs based in the United States. Order level discounts, coupons and discounted shipping orders are NOT included.
Sorry, we cannot match prices for items offered for sale in classified ads or auction websites.
We strive to have the best customer service and will be happy to prove our low price guarantee to you.
Our price is what you would pay after you deduct any product discounts or instant savings. This does NOT include online coupon codes, catalog coupons or mail-in savings. In simple terms, the price that Nashbar considers its “final price” is the “red-ink” price on each item.
We will match any other competitors’ price at the time of purchase (the point of sale price) after subtracting any of their discounts. Unfortunately, we cannot match any mail-in rebates, coupon discount codes, catalog discount codes or discounted shipping offers. We also cannot deduct any gift amounts from the purchase.
If I find a lower price in a competitors’ catalog compared to Nashbar.com, what should I do?
If you find a lower price in a catalog, simply contact our customer service department (you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-877-688-8600) and follow the instructions of our helpful representatives. To get the best service, it’s good to have access to a computer so you can show us the price on a website, a fax machine so you can send us a copy of the catalog page or even a scanner to email us something. We take our price match very seriously and want to provide you with the best price and service, so we love it when you contact us to show us a lower price.
What’s included in your low price guarantee?
Yup, everything. As long as it’s an identical new product and it’s advertised (at SKU level), we’ll match it.

So, what if there’s a lower price on your website than in your catalog?
Easy. Take a screenshot of the page (you can do that by hitting “print screen” on your keyboard and pasting the image on a document or inside an email. You can also call us and direct your customer service specialist to the appropriate page. That’s it. We’ll give you the lower price.
Do you limit the quantities on any of your price matched products?
No, but we cannot accept backorders on any price matched items.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. However, any change to the program will be posted to Nashbar.com before we enact or enforce any changes to the policy. Please review all of our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to check the authenticity of any of our competitors’ offers in which the low price guarantee is applied.
